Coastal threats (tsunami, storms, sea level rise and coastal erosion) adversely affect development of economic in economy both development and developed countries, what affect the most vulnerable societies. In training existing loopholes are related to lack of warning, using poor regional capture and connection systems, albeit those reflect also insufficient understanding, planning and coordination. This situation as well as growing risk globalization promotes to improve in all levels multi-risk warning system. It also takes integrated and comprehensive approach to multi-risk and early risk warnings, for which inhabitants are exposed, considering the greatest coastal threats in cross-border regions. Project aim is to improve timely multi-risk warning system and to realize disaster resilience in coastal communities. As a result existing situations detailed analysis will be carried out for early detection of multi-risks in the regional level in Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, Philippines and Sri Lank, expansion of regional analysis in Asia. Regional cooperation will be promoted to support early determination of multi-risks and to improve disaster resilience in coastal communities, capacity development in multi-risks early warning system activities, which aim is to promote regional cooperation and integration and support to role of higher education institutions.
